Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Jombang has a multi-purpose ownership product (KMG). In the application of multi-use ownership, it is inevitable that there will be problem financing, high demand accompanied by high problem financing. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to determine the strategy for solving problem financing at BSI KCP Jombang. The method used by researchers is qualitative with a phenomenological approach according to Husserl. The researcher collected data using in-depth interviews with key informants, namely the manager and several BSI KCP Jombang staff. The data collected was then compiled and confirmed back to the informant. After the data is declared valid, then the researcher analyzes it using content and content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the settlement strategy is carried out through a religious approach based on kinship, such as: 1) Reminding customers of their obligations, 2) Praying for customers, and 3) Assisting in problem solving efforts to generate solutions. Through this strategy, BSI Jombang Branch Office can minimize losses.
